Santam taking more than a month - Fridge claim

had geyser burst, resulting in power surges, sharing wall with electr box, resulting in various appliances to be replaced, and was done excellently by Santam. HOWEVER THE FRIDGE... HAD TECHNICIANS OUT TWICE,,, NO TO NONE COMMUNICATION FROM SANTAM ASSESSOR, NOW FRIDGE LEAKING, PISTON BANGING AGAINST THE COMPRESSOR, techinician said fridge will last for few months only,, i am still waiting for feedback from Santam assessor, i have to walk to my garage to use the fridge, as i am concerned, if fridge left in kitchen it will result in damage to kitchen cupboards due to the water leaks....several emails to Santam, no replies, i send through complain, no reply,, and this claims started 4 November 2021 already.....
