SANTAM taking advantage of SA- small businesses through their third-party claims process.

SANTAM has taken advantage of my small business, through their third-party claims process and their underhand tactics are quite glaring but very daring. We often wonder why small businesses in South Africa fail but its these big companies which bully small players with no consequences.

On 7 may my business vehicle was hit from behind by a Santam insured driver. The Driver supp**** me with all her insurance info.

Santam rep**** on 11 July requesting info. I supp**** the info to Clive. Clive disappeared and returned after 2 weeks then just apologized as if it makes all things right. (My Car is still not trading/ I am paying for it at the Bank though am not using it right- anyway SANTAM through Clive their trusted employee doesn't care right. So, what do I have to do to earn a living, I finance my own repairs at nearest panel beater so that at least the car gets to move & I have already supp**** SANTAM with the pictures of Damage and I have already given them my vehicle damage assessment from a RMI approved repairer? we are now 2 months right.

From 4 August am sending daily emails and guess what Clive M, Morris P and their DPCLegal are not replying to my Emails. Clive and team decide to reply on 21 August, and they are asking me again for the 3rd time the same Pictures again. But this time despite being in possession of the Assessment report, and the pictures I sent them, they request for more angular Pictures and that's replying to my email after 40 days of not replying since 11 July.

I tell SANTAM they must utilize my assessment report plus the pictures they already have because I have started my own repairs since you did not bother to reply. But SANTAM insists they want pictures of more angles, where do I get angles when the car has now been repaired after you decided through your employees Clive M and Mauris P to ignore my Emails for more than 40days & 40 nights.

Guess what I still send Clive M, Mauris P and DPC Legal more angular pictures of the accident which I luckily had on my phone. SANTAM today again since 21 August decides to reply to my Email and guess what they want? More Pictures despite them having my assessment report and having the pictures I already gave them.

Is this not SANTAM's way of wanting to undercut my damage values wanting pictures of a repaired vehicle? where will they see more Angles of the damage if the vehicle is now repaired.

Why do we have to wait for SANTAM since 7 May until now 112 days after accident to repair the car when we already supp**** them with everything? SANTAM is cheating and killing small businesses and I have many people who relate.

And guess what Clive disappeared again and returned today after deciding to not reply to my emails for another stretch of weeks.

If SANTAM does not address my issue am straight up going to Tik-Tok, YouTube and Facebook to share this with everyone because everyone must know SANTAM is cheating and protecting their absent employees, jeopardizing small businesses.
