Santam Takealot voucher promotion, a ****?

I had opted to receive a insurance quote from Santam and receive a R500 Takealot voucher if they couldn't beat my current premiums. I went through the all process of speaking to the consultant, sending my documents because Santam was much more expensive but its over a week and i haven't received feedback or the Takealot voucher. Is this a ****? This is very disappointing from a reputable brand like Santam, it's dishonest and misleading. I hope i receive feedback and the voucher as advertised.
