Santam take me home service is useless

Santam take me home service is useless, I must have made use of this service about 6 times in the 5 years I've been with santam and they only showed up twice. On Friday I made arrangements to be picked up as I knew I would be intoxicated, unfortunately for me I had to drive myself home after yet another disappointment. You guys should do better, this is not acceptable!
