Santam Switch Claim

My phone accidentally fell and damaged the screen completely, I filed a claim on the app( which was quiet easy) then eventually an assessor by the name of Lettie gave me a call to tell me I should take my phone in for a damage report, I could not go at some point because I was busy and I asked her to have the phone collected at the office and she gladly arranged that. 3 days after the damage report, my claim was approved and paid out. Santam and Lettie exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for such an amazing service. I am definitely going to insure my new phone with them again because of the peace of mind. Thank you.
