Santam Sucks
Santam escalation process for a case. They assign case for review to an investigator officer. He replies, not even caring to understand or asking more questions about the case, they reply and say 'go report us to the Ombudsman'.
Good-bye to this and many other commercial policies. Your policies have a month cancellation notice so I don't see why it is in your best interest to mess over your customers.
Great service Satam. You guys suck!

Basically they said accept what they offering is which is a ****** offer. Guys there are serious problems with Santam. Be warned!
