Santam Sucks!
On the 1st of September a claim *** was registered for a collapsed wall. Quotations were submitted on the same day. To date no assessor or contractor has arrived despite numerous calls and escalations. The property has been exposed since the early hours of Sunday morning. I have never experienced such inefficiency from an insurance company.
