Santam stole my money out of my account.

I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOS WITH SANTAM - They deducted 3 premiums off my account on the 3rd of January ( totalling R1729.17) and they were only supposed to deduct R576.39 . I immediately emailed my broker to ask why they had done this and to ask that they please refund the money immediately. If i just took money out of someones account without their permission IT IS KNOWN AS THEFT, but these big companies just do what they want and we have no recourse. They have done this before to me and then I had to wait for weeks for my money. They are probably doing this with all their clients and it adds up to a massive amount of money which they can earn interest on. I AM VERY UPSET AND want to cancel my policy with them immediately AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK immediately. It is now the 14th of January and i still do not have my money paid back. This is totally unacceptable. Theses companies are so big they just don't care about anybody.
