Santam still the BEST!

From zero stars to five stars!. Santam insurance's Miss Aqeela Rajap turned this rating around.....From complaint to compliment. Ms Rajap's communication was professional,informative & highly effective in addressing my issue. I was on the verge of leaving SANTAM, but because of Ms. Rajap's undeniable efficiency & care shown, I have decided to stay with Santam. I still believe they are the best short term insurers in South Africa, & Ms. Rajap just ignited that flame of belief once more. Thank you Ms. Rajap & Santam
