Recently I decided to get comparative insurance quotes. Imagine my surprise when a competitor came back with a quote R900 cheaper than Santam! I called Fischer Dugmore and Associates to cancel my insurance when Gerda pleaded to re-quote. I have been struggling to get feedback from them, when I called them to ask what's happening I was informed that I will be debited at the end of this month regardless if I cancel or not due to it being past the \cut-off date".
