Hi. I required my updated Santam Policy for 2024. It should have been sent to me automatically prior to the 01 September 2024, but was not. The increase in my contribution was huge and I was very disappointed. I telephoned in and spoke to Ms Nombuso May who help me with my issue, my contribution was reduced, and my updated contract was sent to me within 10 minutes. Thank you Nombuso.
