Santam Spiteful after cancelling my policy

I have been a Santam client for over 15 years and when I cancelled my policy to due to high cost and moved to another insurance company. They were so spiteful they listed me as a bad payer and amended my policy as cancelled by them due to non payment from.

Instead of just cancelling the policy they wanted to put a bad record to my name because I opted for another company.

After contacting them they refused to change my status.

I was even thinking of returning to them but after this type of behavior I will never deal with them again.
