Santam Specialist SOS Real Estate Line not answered

Santam Specialist Real Estate does not answer their phone on the SOS Real Estate Line *** I have been holding on for hours. I am not convinced that there even is an operator on the other side of the line. Since Friday I do not have warm water it seems I will have to make another plan. Santam was the Body Corporate's choice not such a good one.
