Santam SOS line useless

What's the point of having an SOS line if no one answers it? I tried both numbers listed on the website and held on the phone for over 30 minutes but no one answered the SOS line. Do you have work hours in that department? Do emergencies only happen during work hours or are the people who are supposed to be working in that department having a Sunday dinner party?!

Absolutely unacceptable. Something could have happened to me while I was trying to get someone on the phone. An entire half an hour and no response just the stupid voice over messages on how you've been doing great work for over 100 years but I cannot find anyone to answer the phone in the midst of an emergency. Yes, great service...not!
