Santam sleeps deep

I tried for 7 weeks to get hold of Santam agent. I called numerous time at Santam to get an agent in the Sandtin area. No succes. I made arrangments with Santam staff the they contact me via email once they have found the agent. Nothing I am not sure if individuals at Santam or at the agent site are *********** or the system is "***********"to track or solve problems. But guys its a leading insurer with real issues.
