Santam should really rethink their partnership with TrackerConnect. How can they recommend such a terrible company. And they do all this to promise you a better insurance premium. Tracker is not transparent with their costs and they have the worst reviews every. They dont get back to you at all. They also hold you hostage if you have emergencies. Just to get my car battery replaced which is usually a very simple thing to do I must pay a extra R500 to trackerconnect.
