Santam should get their act together

We had 2 claims in a short while, the first time the claim took over a month to get sorted out, now we had a pipe that burst and again over a month and still not resolved. We have a house with a flat that my elderly parents stay in that was flooded because of the pipe that burst, and we had to clean that out ourselves, the person that they send out, told us someone will come shortly to clean, which never happened, just another awful experience with Santam, just over a month and claim not sorted!!!
