Santam shocking Service.

My car has been ready to be fetched from the panel beater after a Santam client reversed into my car, for more than 2 weeks. It's been in the shop for 4 weeks for a minor dent. Cannot get hold of Santam, emails are not read or answered and bounce. Shocking, so glad I'm not a client of Santam. Shocking service.
