Santam Shocker

The Worst Experience ever. Dealing with Santam has aged me and the whole mess in claiming specified items (computers) damaged by lightning and power surge has been terrible. Specialists reports were just ignored. The process has just been a mess from the start. Not only is the service so shocking - it has a severe impact on my business and generating of income. Part of that income goes to Santam. The claim has been dragging for over a month. Still not resolved and the assigned person is always out of office. I strongly suggest taking your business insurance elsewhere. They are either to big and busy to care. Sad to see this level of service creeping into a legacy stalwart. They stall. That is what they do now.
