SANTAM shame on you! You take our money but dont give back when the time comes.

I am very disappointed with Santam. For years I have insured my business with Santam. I insured my laptop for R21,540 the cost, 20months ago. In November I had it ******. Now Santam is only willing to pay out R11,000 the price of replacement. HOWEVER they were happy to take the premium for the R21,540.

Very unfair.

I run a non profit, now where am I going to get the extra R10,000 to keep our equipment up to date? Why take the premium if you are not going to pay out the full amount.
