Santam service

I would like to write a review about Santam ::: My initial contact with Santam's call cetre was not a great experience (so for the initial contact I will give 3 stars but at a later stage I was contacted by Welma Grobler and Marwaan Brown. I will give these 2 people 5 stars because they listened to my problem and a resolution was found for the problem and was resolved to everyone 's satisfaction. That's why I could not rate the service on the e mail which you sent me Regards Keith Lucas in George Western Cape
