Santam saga

I am insured by santam and since the start of my policy till now i have had 7 claims, however this moring i recieved an e mail from santam stating that my insurance will be canselled due to the nature of my claims. Upon me phoning santam reqeusting an explanation for the cancelation i were told that a letter had ben sent out to me warning me to take caution, this so called letters i have never revieved, i asked why they never bothered to phone me seeing that this should not be taken lightly and they canot answer me, i took out insurance because wanted to have the peace of mind that should any thing go wrong ill be coverd, accidents do happen as we all aware off. Never was i told as a client to santam that im only intitled to a sertain amount of claims. Never have i as n client ben phoned by santam advising me that my claims are a problem NB never have i put in a claim just because..
