Santam's Query has been adressed "response"
<p>Good day to all Santam Complaints. </p> <p>Please be aware that Santam's response to "your query / complaint has been adressed " means in my case. </p> <p> </p> <p>WE ARE STILL NOT PAYING YOUR CLAIM....</p> <p> </p> <p>fancy wordplay does nothing for your disgruntled client. You failed to mention that. You are simply dishonest. If you were, you would mention "not paying"</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not post your poorly conceived response. You only appear more foolish at best.</p>

As per your previous post, you were in agreement that your claim was not covered by your policy. As a result of your concession that there is no cover for the damage in question, you requested Santam to consider an ex- gratia payment.
Santam considered all relevant factors regarding your claim and your policy (as communicated to you previously) and decided that we will not be accommodating your claim on an ex-gratia basis.
We trust the above is in order.
