Santam run around

What a run around they give you. 34 days since burglary and still waiting for payout. Countless emails/calls and no response. When you do get through they tell you payment was made this morning and will take 2/3 days to reflect. Call back in 3 days and tell them no money yet and hey presto new consultant tells u the money was loaded this morning and will take 2/3 days to reflect. Do they actually know what they doing. I think not. Choose your insurance wisely
