Santam rude staff

First time I claim with Santam and the day I logged my claim the lady was so professional and friendly. Then there was no update a week later and called in spoke to buntu who is supper arrogant ,the more I asked questions the more he got irritated. Then again claim approved and have to get courtesy car ooh boy Ziyanda.....I wonder why is she even allowed to be talking to clients she is plain rude .

Please listen to your staff calls when speaking to clients.

Worst experience so far.
