Santam Roadside Assistance - Thembi Makhubela

Good Day, I was in quiet a predicament yesterday. My car wouldn't start and the battery was flat. I called the Santam SOS line and was assisted by an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant consultant (Thembi Makhubela). She questioned whether I felt safe where I was which had a profound impact on me due to the amount of crime. This shows me the care that she has for her customers. She took my contact details and advised that she would let me know as soon as she gets someone to come out and assist me. In under 5 minutes, I received an SMS, with the name of the person who would be assisting me, including his vehicle registration details. (Richard RP - First Assist). I also received a phone call from First Assist to let me know that the person who would be assisting me is on the way. In less than 20 minutes my vehicle was up and running again. I received a call from Thembi after I was assisted by Richard to confirm if everything was in order. Thank you Thembi. This is such outstanding assistance and done with so much of care and respect.
