SANTAM Rips off loyal customers at their most vulnerable moments

I now understand SANTAMS Aim, pay off small claims so you can rip people off with the big ones..

My mom has been paying SANTAMS premiums since October 2019 and has never missed even ONE payment!! Santam NOW only says after accepting the premiums for all these years that she is underinsured knowing full well what her circumstances were when she instated the policy.

The house in question has lots of sentimental value and has been standing damaged by fire since End June/ beginning July of this year. Only TODAY have they told her that they are NOT going to appoint anyone to fix the damage.

After several pleas for communication and resolution they want my mother to pay R175 000 after paying her premiums for 15 years DISPICABLE!!!!!!

All this through an intermediary that will not direct her to someone with decision making power and cuts her off very abruptly regarding her concerns as if they are invalid.

If you want an insurance company that does not RIP you off at your weakest moments SANTAM IS NOT IT!!
