Santam ripoff

Santam blatantly refused to grant me a discount on my car insurance premium despite being with them for 6.11 years. The increased my premium by over 15% and the excess by nearly 20% despite being claim free for nearly 7 years and driving a car that is not financed. Over and above that I been chasing them for over a month to pay back my 3k. Their agent, Phindy told me that all clients and brokers are complaining about the 2022 increases and the company is not budging, we must come back after three moths.
