Santam representative

A gentleman by the name of Tasleem really assisted me with everything regarding my damaged phone. I can't survive without my phone and it was a real frustration not being able to use my phone to its full capacity. My initial contact with Santam, the wait was a bit long but but when I finally got to speak to someone who took down my details, my journey was more than pleasant. They kept calling me to find out if all was well, and kept their promises. I'm definitely continuing with using Santam for my car, household insurance. Keep up the excellent work. Tasleem was very friendly and not even once I did I feel like helpless as he covered all the bases, mostly being human and understanding
