Santam rejecting me as client

I was a client from 2023 to 31 January 2024. In 2023, one major claim was submitted due to a car accident. In 2024, lightning struck our house, and some appliances needed to be replaced. Santam is now rejecting me as a client. Why are they in the insurance business if they only take clients who do not claim?
