Santam refuses to pay the full amount owing on 3rd party claims

<p>Santam wants to pay me way less than what my claim came to. I have been waiting since last year for santam to settle my money of a third party claim. Now months later they want me to pay 30% of their clients damage when the client was at fault. I will not accept this offer and want people to know that they are fooling you. <br />My advice would be to make a case directly against the person who is guilty for causing the accident instead of dealing with the cheating insurance party.</p>
