Santam refused to settle my insurance claim! They still owe me for the car!

I had my car insured with Santam, a VW Golf 6 GTI 2.0 DSG. In March 2013 the car was hijacked, and a case was opened with the Police in Durban. I then submitted an insurance claim with Santam, and they refused (declined) to pay the claim for no valid reason. I submitted a complaint to 2 Ombuds (Ombuds for Short Term Insurance - OSTI first; and then to the FAISOmbud). My complaint was upheld (ruled in my favour) by the FAISOmbud in January 2016, and then was made an Order of Court in January 2017. Up to today no one has paid me for the car that I had insured with Santam. Neither Santam, nor the Insurance Broker, no the Director of the Insurance Broker have paid me for the car. I still owe a bank for the car, currently R120,000 outstanding. The FAISOmbud Determination & the Order of Court indicates that i must be paid an amount of R317,500 + 9% for the loss of the car that I had insured with Santam. I went to Santam Head Office in Cape Town to complain that I have suffered because they refused to settle the car that I had insured with them - the two officers I spoke to had no answer (one committed to get back to me, the other that works in the office of the CEO was totally unhelpful and kept telling me that I can't see / speak to the CEO regarding my complaint against Santam. The FAISOmbud Determination and the Order of Court details how Santam mistreated me! To-date I'm still paying for the car that Santam refused to settle my claim for, even though I had it insured with them!
