Santam refused to pay for my damaged car

Santam insurance refused to pay me for their client who bumped my car, they took 30 days to tell me that they are not paying out, when i asked why they told me that their they had to fix their clients car and they had to pay more money than the value of my car, I asked how is that possible because their client was at the wrong they told me that no one in SA who has a right of way but the person did not stop at the stop sign and I had to pay for repairs from my pocket because i have no one to pay for me, my useless car insurance Prime meridian paid out only lost goods money an amount of 2000 and what kills me the most is Santam ppeople asked me for a no claim letter from my insurance they gave me but on top of all the documents I submited to them they told me that they are not paying of which they were positive on everything and it took me 30 days to know that and the car was with panel beaters had to pay all storage
