SANTAM - RECONSIDERING SIGNING UP
While I had a good experience signing up for car insurance yesterday with Ukho, I have still not received the SMS for the car inspection they INSIST on you doing to ensure cover, as well as no SMS for signing up on their app. I have tried calling both numbers ***- no answer and this is one you call in an emergency!!! Also technical support ***didn't even ring. Also, case was closed via email before being resolved.
