Santam R500 TakeAlot voucher is a ****

I saw their advert about receiving a R500 TakeAlot voucher if they cannot beat your current insurance premium. I entered my details and they called. Indeed they couldn't beat my premium. It has been 2 weeks now and I haven't received the voucher. I hope no one else falls for it because it doesn't look like it is genuine. I sent all the necessary information, called and sent numerous emails but still nothing.
