Santam quote request *** - 3d later NO RES

Good day,<br> <br> I requsted an Insurance Quote from Santam via email. An automated reply came back with amongst other: One of our skilled consultants will contact you shortly. That was 3 days ago.<br> <br> While certainly enjoyed a VERY fruitful relationship with Santam, this time their response is a little bit poorish. <br> <br> Since I previously had a policy with Santam for a good number of years: *** and currently still have the Legal Access Policy *** - I would have thought that we are in a win-win situation i.e. new business vs discounted rate (or old client, extended relationship).<br> <br> I hope to hear from Santam soon, with a good explantion to the poor response.
