Santam put me in danger

Santam offeree me a great premium and package. After a week a received a call from a young man wanting to go over my policy again. They couldn't understand the simple idea that my vehicle is used for business as I am a sales consultant. Rarely I carry a stock item to a client, which is covered by my company's insurance. It has NO impact on Santam whatsoever and yet they insisted that I need a commercial insurance as a private individual, and then they cancelled my policy without informing me. They put me at financial risk. Their customer service is pathetic, and they simply don't understand what a medical sales consultant does. I will stop referring clients to them for business. Really disappointed. Already got other insurance from another company that actually understands what they do.
