Santam pretend to respond to Hellopeter complaints and never do. Beware - ***** of note.
On the 25th April 2022, I wrote a complaint regarding Santam’s disgusting service - their response was that they would get in touch…and just as they did whilst their client, never ever got in touch.
For the record, Santam has never gotten in touch with me since my hellopeter complaint - they seem to reply to all complaints to give an impression they respond to complaints when back at the ranch, they never do. Not only am I done with this brand, but have no respect for the brand. Good riddens to bad *******.

03 May 2022, 16:02I have never heard from these ***** since the 25th April 2022 - I will never ever insure with them again, that much is certain. Worst insurance ever.

03 May 2022, 16:17I noted that a "Johan" made a complaint against Santam earlier today (3rd May 2022) and has already been contacted. I wrote about Santam on the 25th April and have never heard from these *****. Could it be that I am not "a Johan" or have a different skin colour to Johan that Santam would not have attended to my complaint since the 25th April?
