Santam poor service and lack of safety for family lives

Santam's poor service and fictitious savings on motor vehicle repairs is ridiculous. Unfortunately I have been forced to engage with Santam on a liability claim, whereby my vehicle was damaged by an Santam client. Santam has been informed of the damaged related to the vehicle by 2 autobody specialist, however they still offer an unfair cost to the repairs. Their assessor didn't even do a proper line item costing to validate the cost! Santam legal representatives take no ownership in resolving the matter, even various emails with proof of the damages and questionable repairs methodologies to try and save money, rather than ensuring the safety of the vehicle as well as roadworthiness.
