Santam. Poor service.
One of my vehicles was in a crash. Santam arranged to have vehicle towed to paneshop of their choice. They sent an assessor who sent through a reporting stating vehicle could not be repaired and would be written off. Since then we received no communication from them. Despite calling them repeatedly, we are uncertain where the process stands or when we can get settlement. We want to purchase another vehicle and they simply give us the run around. I spike to 2 peyote yesterday who referred me to the assessors manager whom I cannot get hold off. Poor service and poor communication!

01 Apr 2019, 10:41claim number is ********** 59. I called last week and was told that assessor was working on it and there was communication between him and his boss. I was given the assessors boss details - Zayd but I could not get hold of him. I am uncertain why I need to follow up with different individuals at Santam and there isn't a single point of contact for customers. If you could find out what is happening, I would appreciate.
