Had accident in April according to the person dealing with my claim the insurance approved the claim up to now no repairs I am moved from one person to another and my assistant has changed his attitude and ignoring my emails I honestly thought this was the best insurance I was prepared to pay more for peace of mind any one else experience how long does it take for claims is it wise to continue paying or rather repair my car and change
