Santam poor assessment.

Insurance claim was assessed by Santam on my new Kia Picanto. They ruled that the original damage parts should be replaced with second hand or pirate parts, and this will affect the resell value of the vehicle. This is totally unacceptable because the accident was caused by their customer. Claim no was ***. I hereby challenge Santam to rectify their mistake and prove that they are a reputable company.
