Santam please fix my car

<p>On the the 21 of April 2016 my car(BMW 135 Coupe sport) was hit while parked at home in my parking lot by a indwe/santam client. It should be straight forward write...? well it seems thats not the case it's almost 2months now and santam has not even concluded the evalution. I've been calling everyday and I get is excuses, particularly from Jerry Chakale a Legal officer at Santam. </p> <p> </p> <p>Santam could you please just fix my car, i've had enough of your excuses just pay.</p>
