Santam ******* Pensioners

Santam insurance guys is a *******.My parents took a structural home cover with them ,hence the heavy rains we are experiencing in Durban ,one of the room wall was damaged due to dampness.They then submitted a claim to repair this as it's therefore a structural damage ,santam finds all the excuses in the book not to pay out due to "lack of maintenance".How can anyone see water going through walls.My parents are pensioners and have being paying their grant money to these people for a year now just to be turned down when claiming.We all take insurances for circumstances like this ,just to be turned down when you need these people the most . Insurance companies suppose to have your back when you need to them ,not find excuses to rip people off .It's really sad to know that a reputable insurance company like this can do this to pensioners who do not have an income and pay only to be ********** ..Really disgusted and would never recommend these *******s to anyone
