SANTAM PATHETIC SERVICE

On my short term insurqance policy I have free emergency call outs. On Saturday I used a call out for a leaking pipe ( exterior, and not in a wall). The SANTAM plumber came, looked at the pipe and said he can't loosen it, and left. I ( who have zero plumbing knowledge) removed the pipe with limited tools, found an open hardware in a neighbouring town on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the pipe. SANTAM's reply on the matter is "you used your free call out". No willingness to lsiten. The consultant keep on interupting me while speaking over the phone. A second colsultant said she will send a request for a senior to contact me on a Monday, but nothoing. I am loosing a "free "call out which cost in included in my monthly premium becuase the SANTAM plumber is useeless. I tried to call the plumber several times on Saturday, but hois phone was off.
