Santam Pathetic Claim Outcome!!

I recently had a car claim with Santam. I've been insured for more that 13 years and this was my first car incident with any insurance.

We recently changed insurances from Momentum to Santam (Which I fully regret). David Moketo, Baatile Thuhloane and Brian Goa (assessor).

My car went in for repairs ar Precisions and Sons and they did an exceptional job fixing my car however my car sat in the repair shop for 6 weeks waiting for authorizations and all.

Now that I have received my car back, my battery is dead because it sat there with my battery not being able to charge due to my car being undrivable. Can you believe that Santam SOS team is telling that my battery dying isn't due to the claim? What the hell Santam? My car's battery was fully functioning when it went into the repair shop. Bow I had to replace a battery eith R2500 out of my pocket which I didn't budget for and Santam is distancing themselves from this.

I'd like my refund of my battery money that I had to replace due to my car sitting at the repair shop because of the accident. I want a call ASAP in terms of when I will receive my refund.

I've also started shopping around and considering going back to Outsurance!!!
