Absolutely pathetic.

Takes ages to contact you for an assesment of damages. Ive been waiting and waiting and even as much as a phone call to ask " Hey asswipe, are You ok?"

Talking about overpromise and underdeliver.

More like promise and dissapear.

Oh and BTW, Santam should state We cover You but only when we want too.
