SANTAM nothing good and proper!

Good day, I switched to Santam insurance because it is insurance "Good an Propper". I did not want all the other side shows being offered by other companies, I need insurance. Now that I had a house burglary, jumping through all the hoops with SAPS, finger prince, photos, case and case number explaining everything to SAPS the questions starts: Send us pics of the entry, send us proof of ownership (slips) of everything ******, send us the alarm reports of where the alarm was triggered, the questions doesn't stop and you end up feeling like the ********; don't bother to reed the SAPS report and ask the dumbest questions non stop. Santam is operating like any other insurance company and there is nothing good and proper about them. I will be switching insurance companies and then see how many questions they have. They are more than happy to take my R4.5k per month, I put in a claim for burglary and I feel like the ******** (and this is all done via a broker)!
