SANTAM not settling their claim

Once again, SANTAM, your client in october drove into me, and still no reply from you regarding the claim to get MY car fixed. It has now been almost 3 months of being driven from pillar to post, all i want is to settle from your side, wing to the fact YOUR client drove into me, settle so i can get MY car fixed. enough is enough, i will keep everyone updated daily if this claim is not settled IMMEDIATELY!
