Santam NOT real insurance

So I decided to join Santam insurance, as they are supposedly "the best" "real" insurance. Had an incident where some of my household appliances got damaged by accident. Was informed that I do not have cover for accidental damage. The problem is that I specifically asked the consultant who helped me for full comprehensive insurance including accidental damage. So my conclusion is that Santam employs either ***********, lazy or just poorly trained staff. I will be cancelling my policy with them. Please think twice before you join Santam, eventually you will come to regret it. I am surely regretting it now.
